Reviews
This ER was great.Staff courtesy, friendliest & caring. I had no wait. The attending Doctor Swisher was thorough, kind & compassion. The two nurses were great, Chris & Erica. They have treated me very well, I have never gone to an ER, that I was treating such compassion & caring. This is a 5 star facility.
From the moment I entered Lake Nona ER until the time I was discharged I got nothing but exceptional care. They made sure I was comfortable and address any concerns I had. They alway kept me well informed especially when they were going through their shift change.
I have been there twice and both times they gave me the utmost care.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing medical attention.
Absolutely amazing experience! The doctor and staff made us feel important, seen, and well attended. Everyone was friendly and kind. I had to go back two consecutive days because I had two sick kids and both experiences were so pleasant in spite of the circumstances.
Super quick initial triage,[I worked 20 yrs in trauma ER] Half hours wait in room. After Dr exam/consult..15 min turnaround, including meds. This is a brand new facility and building, it's extremely clean.Everone I encountered was pleasant and professional. This all led to a positive and pleasant outcome for me. I can't believe I'm saying this positive of a review of a medical facility, but it's honest.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Best experience. Went close to midnight. There was no one there, I was taken right away. Had my X-ray and test results ready in under 30 min. Highly recommend for non-major ER needs. They have CT scan, X-RAY, and ultrasound (no MRI).
The care I received was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in to the time I left. The staff was attentive to me. Kiddos to nurse Maritza that was overly attentive to my condition and offered much compassion in my time of distress. Thank you for Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ!
I had a group of 3 nurses start working on me immediately. They worked well as a team. Dr. Graziano entered later and showed a lot of compassion, presence, and care while I was there. I don't know much about ERs and how they operate. I would have thought an ER would have at least one cariologist on the staff. They ended up transferring me to a different hospital for an on site cardiologist and a CT scan. Otherwise, the nurses and the doctor at this ER did a great job.
I wanted to love this place. My husband had a great experience with a sprained ankle.
I had a very painful cyst in my ear (gross I know). It’s recurring and it is like a 9 on a pain scale, if my hair brushes against my ear it hurts (and I’ve had two children without epidurals). It’s also very time sensitive, when it’s growing no one can see anything when it’s there it needs to be drained, and if it gets too big and swollen it covers the entire opening of my ear so I can’t hear and is excruciatingly painful then sometimes it will partially drain on its own and required an extra ENT visit to repair the damage. Crazily, there are only like three ENT’s in Orlando and every time I’ve gone they say if it comes back we will see you immediately, which of course when I call is never the case… They don’t have anything for a couple of days. So I go to the ER for a drainage, yes it is inside the ear, but I can feel it with my finger so it’s not too deep. It’s a lovely place, service was quick, however I was told they cannot drain it due to not having the tools. Now, because this is recurring, and extremely painful until drained, I have done this myself with a freaking safety pin… I was just hoping to have it done a little more professionally. I don’t know how they don’t have the tools to drain something that I can feel with my finger. So I paid ER prices to get a prescription for antibiotics which I could’ve done through my primary. I am very very disappointed and feel defeated. 😔
